Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits are required for all orders. These deposits may not be refundable, depending on the products ordered and time of cancellation. If your plans change, let us know quickly!

Delivery
Limited delivery is available. There is a fee for deliveries with the amount determined by the distance/travel time and day of the week.

​Preservation of Quality
Because we use fresh ingredients, our products are more fragile and need to be refrigerated until use. (Buttercream cakes will need to come to room temperature before serving). For most items to be at their best, they need to be enjoyed within 48 hours.

Placing Orders
To ensure availability, use the following guidelines:

• Please place orders 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday - Friday. We are also open 10 - 3 on Saturday. Monday hours are by appointment only.
